How I have Created Camtasia Video

 Camtasia studio is a software suite, created by TechSmith, for creating and recording video tutorials and presentation via screen cast, or via a direct recording plug-in to Microsoft PowerPoint. Other multimedia recordings may be recorded at the same time or added separately.

It's used for making lesson effective and quickly.

Essentials shortcut keys in Camtasia Studio

  • F10 - save Camtasia file
  • Ctrl + Shift + F9 - to pause
  • F10 or Fn + 10 -Esc or stop
  • Ctrl + P -produce video as final product

How I have created video tutorial / steps:

  1. Designed a PPT on the topic " types of work".
  2. Minimize the PPT
  3. Click on the Camtasia Studio icon
  4. Click on 'Record Screen' and turned on the Web Cam.
  5. Opened the PPT and adjusted the screen
  6. Click on the record screen to record the presentation.
  7. Recorded the voice narration after the countdown.
  8. Pressed F10 to stop the recording.
  9. Saved and edited the video.
  10. Select 'Produce and Share' after editing and finalizing the presentation.
  11. Click on 'Next' button.
  12. Choose a file name and save the video to the documents.
  13. Clicked the finish button and rendered project to 100 %

On 21 st April we learned on the topic informative tool. It is the applications that provide large amount of information in various formats such as text, graphics, sound, or video. Examples include tools and information resources of the existing multimedia encyclopedia of the internet.   We learnt about informative tools, their examples, characteristics, and how to use them into classroom learning in today's session. Informative tools are applications that supply learners with large stores of information/content. Multimedia encyclopedias and internet-based resources are examples of informative tools. Informative tools are used in our classrooms because they allow students to investigate, think critically, improve their skills, give learning materials, and assist students in evaluating resources.
