 Google Classroom is a free blended learning platform developed by Google for educational institutions that aims to simplify creating, distributing, and grading assignments. The primary purpose of Google Classroom is to streamline the process of sharing files between teachers and students.

Benefits

  • 1.      Easy to use and accessible from all devices
  • 2.      Effective communication and sharing
  • 3.      Speeds up the assignment
  • 4.      Effective feedback
  • 5.      No need for paper
  • 6.      Clean and user friendly interface

Disadvantages              

  • 1.      Difficult account management
  • 2.      Limited integration option
  • 3.      No automated updates
  • 4.      Difficult leaner sharing
  • 5.      Editing problems
  • 6.      Impersonal

As a result, as a teacher, we should be able to incorporate Google Classroom into our teaching and learning in order to make teaching and learning more pleasant and participatory. In addition, we should teach our students how to utilize Google Classroom and how to learn using it.
